The Toronto Raptors and Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment announced Monday that general manager Bobby Webster has signed a multi-year contract extension. Webster also adds the title of executive vice president.

Webster, 41, is entering his 10th season running the Raptors' basketball operations after assuming full leadership of the franchise in August 2025. He originally joined Toronto in June 2013 and previously served as assistant general manager and vice president of basketball management and strategy under Masai Ujiri.

"We're building something special here, and I'm proud to continue to lead the Toronto Raptors as we work towards our next championship," said Webster. "Thank you to Keith and the MLSE Board of Directors for their confidence and support. This is a franchise that's focused on the future, and we're ready for what's next."

"Bobby has an elite understanding of the game and the NBA, and he's used that to build a team that competes at a high level," said MLSE CEO Keith Pelley. "It's been an exciting year for the Raptors. They were a joy to watch compete together, and with Bobby and the Raptors, we've seen the results, and we believe in where his leadership will take us."

The club also announced extensions for three senior front office members: Dan Tolzman, vice president of player personnel and assistant general manager; Keith Boyarsky, vice president of basketball strategy and research; and Tyla Flexman, vice president of operations.

Under Webster's tenure, Toronto has compiled a 591-455 regular season record, made nine playoff appearances, reached the Eastern Conference Finals twice, captured six Atlantic Division titles and posted five 50-win seasons. The franchise won the NBA championship in 2019 after failing to reach the postseason since 2008 when Webster arrived.
