The Chicago Bulls signed guard Brandon Boston Jr., forwards Drew Peterson and Marquel Sutton, and big man Orlando Robinson to training camp contract. The Bulls also waived guard Houston Mallette, who had been signed to an Exhibit 10 deal earlier in the week.

Boston played for Fenerbahçe in Turkey last season. In 50 games across all competition, the 6-foot-6 guard averaged 5.9 points and 2.0 rebounds per game.

Peterson appeared in 35 G League games last season, split between the Greensboro Swarm and Motor City Cruise. The 6-foot-8 forward averaged 14.9 points, 6.7 rebounds, 5.9 assists and 1.9 steals per game.

Robinson appeared in 20 G League games last season, split between the Osceola Magic and Memphis Hustle. The 6-foot-10 forward/center averaged 22.6 points, 10.2 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.7 blocks per game. Robinson also played for Team USA over the summer in 2027 FIBA World Cup qualifiers.

Sutton went undrafted out of LSU at the 2026 NBA Draft. The 6-foot-8 forward averaged 13.1 points and 7.3 rebounds per game for the Tigers as a senior.

The Bulls have one open standard roster spot and one open two-way spot. Peterson could be competing with Peter Suder for the two-way opening, while Boston and Robinson could be in the mix for the open standard spot. All four players of Boston, Peterson, Robinson and Suder could also land with the Windy City Bulls for the G League season.

Following the preseason, Mallette and Sutton expected to join the G League Bulls.
