Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayEnes Kanter Freedom is planning to attend Sunday’s WNBA matchup between the Indiana Fever and Chicago Sky at Wintrust Arena, according to TMZ Sports.
The former NBA center will be in attendance for the nationally televised game featuring Caitlin Clark and Sophie Cunningham. Sources said Kanter is taking “major security measures” for his visit to the arena.
His planned appearance comes after he recently declared himself eligible for the 2027 WNBA Draft, arguing that the league’s transgender eligibility policies allow him to qualify.
Kanter has even suggested playing alongside Clark, joking that the pairing could become a “modern Kobe and Shaq.”
The 11-year NBA veteran has maintained that his draft declaration is intended to support women’s sports rather than mock transgender people, despite criticism of his actions.
It remains unclear whether the WNBA, Fever or Sky have been informed about Kanter’s plans to attend Sunday’s game.
