Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayFrank Warren says Tyson Fury has not signed with Dana White or Zuffa Boxing despite recent speculation following Fury’s appearance at the UFC’s White House event.
Fury created discussion about a potential partnership when he appeared alongside White and hinted that a major announcement was on the way. The comments came amid growing attention on White’s role in boxing and plans for Fury’s long-awaited showdown with Anthony Joshua.
Warren addressed the situation when asked about Fury’s relationship with White and Zuffa Boxing.
“Tyson hasn’t signed for anybody. At the moment in time, I have my arrangement with him which I’m very comfortable with, and we have a business relationship that’s worked really well and continues to work well,” Warren said to talkSPORT Boxing.
“I have no problems whatsoever.”
Warren also discussed Fury’s recent comments about Turki Alalshikh’s involvement in his career.
“The last few fights have been promoted by [Turki]. That’s where the money’s come from to promote the shows. Nothing’s changed,” Warren said. “Life goes on as normal.”
The Hall of Fame promoter was also asked about the location of the proposed Fury-Joshua fight, which has been linked to both the United Kingdom and Las Vegas.
“We don’t know yet. Nothing has been decided yet,” Warren said. “It would be lovely to be in Britain. It’s where it should be. The two Brits.”
Warren added that the financial backers will ultimately determine where the fight takes place, while stressing that no final decision has been made. He also revealed that Fury-Joshua is expected to be broadcast on Netflix and reiterated that his business relationship with Fury remains unchanged despite the recent speculation surrounding Dana White and Zuffa Boxing.
