Photo: Peter BabaFormer NBA big man Kendrick Perkins believes LeBron James remains one of the NBA’s elite players despite entering another season in his 40s.
Speaking about the ex-Lakers star, Perkins argued that James still belongs among the league’s top 10 players and said very few players deserve to be ranked ahead of him.
“Going into this season, he is still a top 10 player in the NBA,” Perkins said.
He doubled down on that opinion by insisting there are not enough players in the league who have earned the right to be placed above the four-time NBA champion.
“It is not 10 players that we could sit up here and name that we’re taking above LeBron James.”
Last season, James averaged 20.9 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 7.2 assists in 60 regular-season games.
