In the wake of a ruling that gives certain players another year of NCAA eligibility, forward Keyshawn Hall has committed to St. John's University for the upcoming season. Hall had been set to sign and Exhibit 10 training camp deal with the Miami Heat. Now, the 6-foot-7 forward is set to return to college basketball for a fifth season.

Hall played last year for Auburn. He averaged 19.3 points and 7.1 rebounds per game. After going undrafted at the 2026 NBA Draft, Hall played for Miami during Summer League. In five total games, Hall averaged 3.2 points and 3.4 rebounds in 16.1 minutes per game.

The NCAA is currently in a battle with the courts over granting players like Hall an additional year of eligibility. If Hall is ultimately ruled ineligible, he could then sign with Miami or any other professional team at that time.
