Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayGolden State Warriors wing Moses Moody is making progress in his recovery from a torn left patellar tendon. Moody is hopeful to begin running and on-court work in September. It remains unlikely that the five-year veteran will be ready to play at the start of the season, but he is progressing towards a potentially earlier-than-expected return.
Moody was having a career-year last season. He originally went down in early-March with a wrist injury. That cost him about three weeks. Then, in his return game on March 23, Moody suffered the knee injury that cost him the remainder of the season.
The 6-foot-5 wing appeared in 60 games last season with 49 starts. Moody averaged career-highs across the board with 12.1 point, 3.3 rebounds, 1.6 assists and a steal per game. He also shot 44% from the field, including 40.1% on 6.3 three-point attempts per game.
