Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayThe NBA is investigating an exchange between Jalen Brunson and courtside fans during the closing moments of Game 1 of the NBA Finals.
The incident occurred with less than 30 seconds remaining in New York’s 105-95 win over San Antonio.
Brunson later spoke with crew chief Scott Foster but declined to address the matter after the game.
The league’s review comes amid a broader focus on fan behavior.
Earlier this week, two individuals received lifetime bans for their involvement in a separate Game 1 court-invasion incident.
“It is critical that teams and arenas vigorously enforce the Code of Conduct and not tolerate any misconduct that impacts our players, fans, or otherwise disrupts the game,” the NBA stated.
No findings from the investigation have been announced.
