The Los Angeles Clippers and Toronto Raptors have yet to formalize their trade involving Kawhi Leonard for Brandon Ingram, Gradey Dick, two unprotected first round picks and a pick swap. The deal has been hold pending the results of the NBA's investigation into alleged cap circumvention by the Clippers with Leonard. Because Leonard was not suspended and was merely fined, the Raptors presumably would be comfortable executing the trade.

ESPN's Brian Windhorst reported that the trade remains on track to be completed without being amended.

"As of now we have no lawsuit or any reaction formally from the Clippers," said Windhorst. "I have no information that one is coming. It's been all quiet on the front.

"The Clippers have not made any statement in days."

"They made two pretty loud statements in the immediate aftermath," said Tim MacMahon.

"The trade between the Raptors and Clippers for Kawhi Leonard has not gone through," added Windhorst.

"That's interesting," replied MacMahon.

"Well, this is Monday night," continued Windhorst. We'll see what happens on Tuesday. In talking to people, I think that trade is going to go through and I think it's going to go through as is. I was scolded for implying. Or maybe not implying, or wondering whether the terms could get altered."

The trade was originally agreed to in June.

"People say in the NBA your word is important," said Windhorst. "They have agreed on this trade and I think they're going to go through with it as constructed."
