Budo - Teachings of the Founder

Written in 1938, it contains 132 pages with 440 black and white photos, and an introductory chapter chronicling Morihei Ueshiba O-Sensei's life and times.
It should be the first book all practitioners should have. An invaluable guide to the spiritual depths of the arts. Master Morihei Ueshiba preferred teaching his students directly and left few writings regarding his martial arts philosophy.

and Body for Self Defence By Koichi Tohei
