Free agent forward Jeremy Sochan has agreed to a one-year contract with the Portland Trail Blazers, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania, citing agent Deirunas Visockas of Gersh Sports.

The 23-year-old heads to Portland after finishing the 2025-26 season with the NBA champion New York Knicks.

Entering his fifth NBA campaign, Sochan owns career averages of 9.9 points, 5.4 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game.
