No formal offer was made, with Vezenkov likely signaling that he was not looking to return.

The Wolves then pivoted and signed Jonathan Kuminga.

Vezenkov averaged 5.4 points and 2.3 rebounds for the Kings during the 2023-24 season before returning to Europe.
