Zimbabwe made the perfect start by registering a convincing 32-run victory in the opening T20I, but Bangladesh responded strongly in the second match. The visitors posted an imposing total of 186/5, thanks to half-centuries from Tanzid Hasan Tamim and Saif Hassan before Mohammad Saifuddin’s late blitz powered them to an even bigger score.

Bangladesh then produced a disciplined bowling performance, led by Rishad Hossain and Mahedi Hasan, to bowl Zimbabwe out for 152 and force a series decider.
