UFC CEO Dana White couldn’t believe what he was hearing when asked about King Green’s homelessness claims.

UFC lightweight King Green is one of the biggest fan favorites in the division’s history. After a recent TKO win over Terrance McKinney at UFC 329, Green remains one of the top lightweights in the world as he progresses in this latter chapter of his career.

Green has made millions during his fighting career, which includes stops in Strikeforce, King of the Cage, and the UFC. Despite his successes, Green raised eyebrows by claiming he’s in dire financial shape.

In a recent appearance on Arnold Barboza’s live stream, Green claimed he’s currently homeless and living out of his vehicle.

“I got like nine houses, but I’m f—— homeless right now,” Green said.

“All my homies live in all of my homes and s—, so I’m f—— living out of my car as we speak…It’s just a part of life. And I just want to show people real life. I deal with s— like this all the time. Last camp, I got robbed of $300,000 of jewelry. It’s like it never stops with the f—— b——-… I had a girlfriend at the time, so I was staying with my girlfriend… then we broke up a couple of days ago.

“So, I’ll find a spot after this fight. I’ll figure something out.” (h/t Yahoo! Sports)

In a recent interview with Complex, White was asked about Green’s claims.

“How’s that possible?” White said of Green.

“I haven’t heard that [LAUGHS], and I hope that’s not true. He just fought back-to-back recently and makes d— good money. Hadn’t heard any of that.”

As of this writing, Green hasn’t expanded on his recent claims. Green is scheduled to face Esteban Ribovics at UFC 332 next month.
