The Dallas Mavericks signed Dwight Powell to a one-year, $3.88 million deal.

The deal is partially guaranteed for one million dollars and includes an additional $500,000 if he makes the opening night roster.

Powell, the longest-tenured Mavs player, averaged 3.3 points and 4.1 rebounds last season.
