The Detroit Pistons signed forward John Ukomadu to an Exhibit 10 contract. Detroit also waived guard Bryson Warren from the Exhibit 10 deal he signed last week.

Ukomadu played in 50 games for the Motor City Cruise last season. The 6-foot-7 forward averaged 10.5 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.1 steals and 1.2 blocks per game. Ukomadu was also recently a key member of the G League Elite team that represented the United States in the Intercontinental Cup. Ukomadu was a key defensive piece as the G League Elite brought the Cup title back to the USA for the first time in decades.

Following the NBA preseason, Ukomadu and Warren are expected to join the Cruise for the upcoming G League season.
