The Miami Heat have signed forward Ian Schieffelin to an Exhibit 10 contract. Following the preseason, Schieffelin is expected to land with the Sioux Falls Skyforce for the G League season.

Schieffelin was eligible to be drafted at the 2025 NBA Draft. However, he chose to stay at Clemson and joined the Tigers football team for one season. Now, Schieffelin is ready to pursue a career in the NBA.

Schieffelin was a three-year starter for the Tigers basketball team. The 6-foot-8 forward averaged 12.4 points, 9.4 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game in his senior season at Clemson.
