The Los Angeles Lakers signed big man William Kyle III and forward Cole Swider to Exhibit 10 contracts. Kyle and Swider are expected to join the Coachella Valley Lakers for the G League season after the NBA preseason.

Kyle went undrafted out of Syracuse at the 2026 NBA Draft. The 6-foot-9 center/forward averaged 8.4 points, 7.1 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 2.5 blocks per game as a senior for the Orange.

Swider spent last season with Anadolu Efes in Turkey last season. In 53 games across all competitions, the 6-foot-8 forward averaged 6.3 points on 47/42/90 shooting splits.

The Lakers also waived Meechie Johnson and Chase Ross. Johnson and Ross had signed Exhibit 10 deals with the Lakers last week.
